YES! However, all members are limited to 5 units of the same item.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Your order can be changed as many times as you like via your Basket. However, once you have confirmed and paid for your order, you can NO longer change or cancel it unless you provide a very valid reason. In that case, you can contact our Customer Service team within 12 hours after the order has been submitted. We will try our best to help because our systems are designed to get your order out as quickly as possible.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DOES CHOUCHIC ACCEPT?
We accept most credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard). Please note that if you reside in Lebanon or GCC, you have the option to pay with cash upon the time of your delivery.

Yes, you are allowed to use all accumulated credits received via chic credits & promotions during a single purchase.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY CHIC FRIEND CREDITS?
You will receive an email confirming your chic friend reward 15 days after that friend makes their first purchase from Chouchic. However, if they decide to return their purchase, then unfortunately you won't be entitled to those chic credits.
CAN I USE CHIC CREDIT & PROMOTIONS SIMULTANEOUSLY DURING CHECK OUT?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
Chouchic offers a standard delivery charge of:- $10 for orders to Lebanon & all GCC countries- $15-$20 for all international orders depending on the country specifiedWe also offer a rushed delivery service in 2-3 business days to Lebanon & all GCC countries for a charge of $15.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY CHOUCHIC ORDER?
Goods will be delivered within 7-10 business days for all regular deliveries & 2-3 business days for all rushed deliveries from the date of the dispatch confirmation email unless we specify otherwise.We offer a rushed delivery service in 2-3 business days to Lebanon & all GCC countries for a charge of $15. Please note that delays may occur during public holidays.

You can definitely track your order through the tracking number that will be sent to you in the dispatch email.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O.BOX?
We're sorry; we can't ship to a P.O. Box since we request a signature upon delivery.

WHAT IS CHOUCHIC'S RETURN POLICY?
You REALLY want to send something back? We'll try not to take it personally! We gladly accept returns within 14 days after shipment on most items. Note that we cannot accept returns on items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" during checkout. Items should NOT have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and should have all original tags attached. You also have the option to transform the cost of your returned item into chic credit which can be used at a later time with future Chouchic purchases.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM TO CHOUCHIC?
You must inform us of your intent to return and the reason why within 14 days through visiting the Returns tab on the page below and submitting your request. Fill in the form as prompted (you will need your order number so please keep any dispatch notes or emails we send you). In order for us to refund a product, it must be unworn, unmarked, in perfect condition with its tags attached in all original packaging, and when included in delivery, the authenticity card.
HOW DO I RETURN ALL OR SOME OF MY ORDER TO CHOUCHIC?
If you wish to return 1 or all items, visit the Returns tab on the page below. Select the order number of the item that needs to be returned (found on the emails and dispatch notes we sent you on ordering the item) and follow the return process as directed. You will receive an email authorizing your return and instructions on how to send the item back to us. We advise you to ship your returns via a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost somewhere between you and us.
WHO PAYS FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING A RETURN?
It's the member's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned at their cost to the given address. With the exception of the highly unlikely event that we sent you the wrong item or the item was defective; in this instance we will then handle the charges for the return shipping.
DO I GET A FULL REFUND AND/OR CHIC CREDITS?
You may choose to receive the full amount on the items you are returning. We will attempt to refund you as quickly as possible and will do so when we receive the product back from you and have checked its condition. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have not received a refund within 15 days. Remember that you may also choose to convert the cost of your returned purchase directly into chic credits that can be used at any time.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I BOUGHT FOR A DIFFERENT COLOR OR SIZE?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you the option to exchange items due to our limited stock; but if you're dying and can't live without it, try emailing our super helpful and attentive Customer Service Department with your request.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNS?
We will send you an email once your return has been received, checked, and processed.
HOW DO I RETURN A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM DUE TO TRANSIT?
We're sorry you have received a defective or damaged item. You must notify us within 48 hours after receiving a damaged item if you wish to return it. Please visit the Returns section to submit your request. Select your order number and follow the return process as directed. Select 'damaged' as your reason. You will not have to pay postage to return a damaged item.
